Recent research has shown that the ratio sFlt-1 / PlGF can be associated with the severity of preeclampsia, providing a short-term prediction about pregnancy. For this follow up study we considered a sample of 30 pregnant woman’s all of them having tension problems. Our results confirm a decreased PlGF serum in patients with preeclampsia.
